Spring and Fall Seasonal Rental Program

Spring and Summer RV Site Rentals | Weekly & Monthly Rentals

For only $1000 for the Spring or Fall Season (April 30 to June 20 or September 8th to October 24th) you can rent a Park Home and keep your possessions there all Spring or Fall.

Think of the convenience of moving into Point Sebago all Spring or Fall.

Notes:
      This program is available on limited select Park Home Units.

      Pets are allowed in units 930, 931 & 932 only. All other units are no pets.

     Getaway Package weekend meals and activities: If you would like to purchase the Getaway Package meals and activities during one of our themed weekends they will be available at special discounted rates.

Or - spend the entire, spring, summer & fall! Be a part of the Point Sebago family this summer season by renting a site for the season. We have some great seasonal locations available nestled in the woods. All seasonal sites include water, electric and sewer hookup. Golf memberships are also available. Seasonal (Annuals) Sites From $4,550 - 4,850.
