Guests can choose from one of our Vacation Homes or Resort Cottages many of which are located on or near the Golf Course. Or a Park Home, or an Equipped Park Home on or near the Lake.

We have beautiful wooded RV sites complete with two and three way hook-ups. For those bringing their own larger units - we have 50AMP service available on many sites.

Vacation Homes:
These new 2 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished vacation homes feature a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen including microwave. Located in the Golf Course area of the Resort they all have AC, TV & decks. These are also available for winter rentals! View Several Vacation Home Samples

Resort Cottages
Resort Cottages have 1 - 3 separate bedrooms, living area, dining area, bath and equipped kitchen. Resort Cottages have an enclosed sunroom and/or deck for your enjoyment. Resort Cottages. Cable TV, bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided in these units. Most of these units have AC.

Park Homes
Our Park Homes sleep up to six people, and have 1 - 2 cozy bedrooms, a kitchen area, a full bathroom, and a living room with TV. Park Homes range from our more contemporary units to more rustic units. All Park Homes have Air Conditioning, a deck on which you and your family can sit back and relax, and enjoy the fresh Maine air. Campfires outside your home make for a perfect evening gathering. Park Homes do NOT include any kitchen utensils, sheets, towels or blankets (you have a furnished living room, kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom(s) with mattresses but you still have to pack like you are "camping").

Equipped Park Homes
These 2-bedroom Park Homes have all of the above amenities including Air-Conditioning PLUS they have:

Cable TV

An equipped kitchen area with microwave, coffee pot, basic cooking utensils like: pots, pans, flatware, silverware and glasses.

A linen package with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, are provided in these units.

RV and Travel Trailer Sites

Over 120 RV and Travel Trailer sites to choose from. All sites have water and electricity. Many have septic hookups and/or 50 AMP service. Pump-out service is available. Small pets are allowed in specially designated site areas. View more RV Sites

Convenient, Carefree Vacationing

All units are maintained and cleaned prior to your arrival by our housekeeping and maintenance crews. For regular Park Homes be sure to bring your own dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and linens. Linen packages with towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are available to rent for the week for a nominal fee. Daily housekeeping is not included in any units. Please make your linen arrangements one week or more prior to your arrival.

Vacation Homes, Resort Cottages and Equipped Park Homes do have basic cooking utensils, linens, blankets, sheets, towels (you will still want to pack beach towels), pillows included.
